កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sam Nieng confessed that Ol started to carry out the traitorous activities with Heang in 1973. This activity was under the leading of Sokh. Ol reported to enemy that a number of soldiers were stayed with people and the others at the nearest street. After received this information, the enemy shelled bomb in that point caused some soldiers and people injured and death. In 1974, Ol made signal to the plane to destroy division 12. Fortunately, the enemy attacked with wrong target. Ol destroy 3 times and reported to Sokh. Sokh assigned Ol to continue to connect with enemy in order to destroy division 12 in the future. In May 1974, Ol attended 3 times in the meeting on setting up plan with Sokh. In June 1974, Ol joined the demonstration again. About more activities of Ol, Sam Nieng did not know.
សំនៀង បាននិយាយថា អុល ចាប់ផ្ដើមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់នៅចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ជាមួយ ហ៊ាង ក្រោមការចាត់ចែងរបស់ សុខ។ អុល បានរាយការណ៍ទៅខ្មាំងថា ទ័ពមួយចំនួននៅជាមួយប្រជាជន និងមួយចំនួនទៀតនៅក្បែរថ្នល់។ បានដំណឹងនេះហើយខ្មាំងបាន ផ្លោងដាក់ ធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនមួយចំនួនត្រូវរបួស និងផ្នែកយោធា ក៏ត្រូវរបួស និង ពលីដែរ។ ១៩៧៤ អុល បានហៅយន្ដហោះឱ្យទម្លាក់កមេ្ទចមន្ទីរកងពល-១២ តែជាសំណាងល្អ ខ្មាំងវាយខុស ទិសដៅ។ អុល បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ ៣ លើក យ៉ាងសាហាវ បំផុត និងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈ្មោះ សុខ ៗបានអោយ អុល បន្ដសកម្ម ភាពទាក់ទងខ្មាំងឱ្យជាប់ដើម្បីកំទេចមន្ទីរកងពល១២ នៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។ ក្រោយមកទៀតនៅខែ៥-១៩៧៤ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំផែនការក្បត់ ជាមួយ សុខ ចំនួន ៣ ដង និងចូលរួមធ្វើបាតុកម្មម្ដងនៅក្នុងខែ ៦-១៩៧៥។ សកម្មភាពក្រោយមកទៀត សំនៀង ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
