On July 6, 1973, a number of Khmer rebels stationed in Souchey village, Kampong Svay sub-district, in Tiem Chass and Tnot villages at VV:974-117. It was also known that 30 Khmer rebels stationed in Prek Russey and Toul Chres villages, while other 20 at VV: 965-119 and the other 15 at VV 955-121 in Kampong Svay district for security purpose.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមួយចំនួនបានទៅតាំង ជម្រកនៅភូមិសូជ័យ សង្កាត់កំពង់ស្វាយ ភូមិទៀមចាស់ វ៉េវ៉េៈ៩៦៣-០៨៤ និងភូមិត្នោតត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េៈ៩៧៤-១១៧។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម៣០នាក់ទៀតបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅក្នុងព្រែកឫស្សី, ទួលចេ្រះត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េៈ៩៤០-០៨២។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល ២០នាក់ទៀតបានមកតាំងប៉ុស្ដិ៍ត្រង់វ៉េវ៉េៈ៩៦៥-១១៩ និង១៥នាក់ទៀតនៅវ៉េវ៉េៈ៩៥៥-១២១ ក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ដើម្បីយាមការពារសនិ្ដសុខ។
