On July 5, 1973, about 1500 Khmer rebels in battalion 180, under the command of Tauch, battation 170, under the command of Chhan and battalion 132, under the command of Tachen, moved from Sre Thomat US:774-896 crossing national road 4 at US: 763-845 in an attempt to smash our defence position at Ochamna soon. The above enemies were equipped with 3 mortars, FMAC, M16, B-40, PMAC, M-79 and CKC guns.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ១៥០០នាក់ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច១៨០ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តូច, លេខ១៧០ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឆាន និងកងវរសេនាតូច១៣២ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តាចិន បានចេញពីស្រែធំ ចំនុចអ៊ុយអេសៈ៧៧៤-៨៩៦ ហើយឆ្លងាកាត់ថ្នល់ជាតិលេខ៤ ត្រង់ចំនុចអ៊ុយអេសៈ៧៦៣-៨៤៥ ក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយទីតាំងការពារយើងនៅអូរចំណា ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។ ពួកឧទ្ទាមទាំងនោះប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភើ្លងត្បាល់៦០មម ៣ដើម, អែសអ៊ឹមអាសេ, អ៊ឹម៧៩, បេ-៤០, ប៉េអ៊ឹមអាសេ, អ៊ឹម១៦, និងសេកាសេ។
