On July 3, 1973, as many as 1000 Khmer rebels in battalion 103 and 105 were divided into 2 groups to be trained in military strategy at Viel Kantha in the forest, which was located near Chong Rouk village. There were five trainers in the 2 groups. The above enemies attempted to blow up national road 5 from Svay Daun Keo and Trapeang Phorng in the near future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល១០០០នាក់ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច១០៣ និង១០៥ចែកគ្នាជា២ក្រុម ដើម្បីហាត់ហឹ្វក ហឺ្វនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅវាលកន្ធារ និងនៅក្នុងព្រៃក្បែរភូមិចុងរុក។ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយៀកកុងខាងជើង៥នាក់ ជាអ្នកបង្រៀនផ្នែកនយោបាយជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ នៅកន្លែងហាត់ហឹ្វកហឺ្វនទាំង២។ ពួកវាមានបំណងវាយផ្ដាច់ថ្នល់ជាតិលេខ៥ចាប់ពីស្វាយដូនកែវ និងត្រពាំងជងនៅពេល ខាងមុខ។
