Appointed members of Northern Zone from 1963 to February 1977 included Koy Thuon, secret alias Koem or Kun, secretary of zone, Te Ney, secret alias Kan or Kit, deputy chief of zone, Thaong Sam-at aka Ket or Ra or Loeun or Kung, member, Tik Chhorn aka Tin aka Praing, member, Rasy aka Ban or Rath, member, Choar Chhan aka Pheav or Sreng, member. But Kan selected the above people to replace seccessively.
