On June 17, 1973, about 300 North Viet Cong soldiers and 200 Khmer rebels from Kampong Thom province were travelling to national road 7 and forcibly
gathered villagers from Trapeangveng, Srayauv, Roka and Rolours in Kampong Svay district to Sbeang, Sramar, Prasat and Tik Andaung villages. It was known that they hided 300 sacks of rice and 30 sacks of salt under a house at VU: 092-547 in Cheung Prey village, Kampong Cham province. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុងខាងជើងប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ និងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ដែលចុះមកពីកំពង់ធំ កំពុងធើ្វដំណើរទៅកាន់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ ហើយពួកវាបានលាក់ស្រូវ៣០០បាវ និងអំបិល៣០បាវ នៅក្រោមផ្ទះមួយត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៩២-៥៤៧ក្នុងភូមិជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ពួកវាបានកៀរអ្នកស្រុកពី ភូមិត្រពាំងវែង, ភូមិស្រយ៉ូវ, ភូមិរការ, ភូមិរលួសក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់ ស្វាយទៅទុកនៅភូមិស្បឿងភូមិស្រម៉ៃ, ភូមិទិព្វ, ភូមិប្រាសាទ និងភូមិទឹកអណ្ដូង។
