On July 12-16, 1973, Khmer rebels committee of economic commission at Boeng Pruol bought boats from people living along Mekong river from Koh Somrong to Peam Chileang. They offered only 20,000 riel to 80000Riels for one boat and the boats they bought would be sent to Boeng Pruol to carry soldiers to lauch an attack on Kampong Cham town in the coming dry season.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ទៅ១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ គណៈកម្មាការខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅបឹងព្រួល បានដើរប្រមូលទិញទូកជាច្រើន ពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋតាមបណ្ដោយទនេ្លមេគង្គ ចាប់ពីកោះសំរោង រហូតដល់ពាមជីលាំង ដោយអោយតំលៃយ៉ាងខ្ពស់ពី២០០០០រៀល ទៅ៨០០០០រៀល ក្នុងទូក១ តាមទូកតូចឬធំ ដើម្បីយកទៅនៅភូមិបឹងព្រួល។ ទូកទាំងអស់ នេះខ្មាំង ទុកសម្រាប់ដឹកទ័ពទៅវាយក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ក្នុងរដូវទឹកឡើង ខាងមុខនេះ។
