Sam Ky aka Sam Vin, 27, joined the revolution on June 15, 1971 through the introduction of Keng, sub-district chief. Van betrayed the party on January 12, 1977 under the indoctrination of Chea, secretary of battalion 112, division 310. Van attended the meeting 5 times. Meaning of the meeting was that to do report on overall situations and plan to strengthen forces. Van's real activities was that to persuade 5 cadres to join his traitorous group.
សំ គី ហៅ សំ វ៉ន អាយុ ២៧ ឆ្នាំ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥-៦-៧១ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ កេង ជាអ្នកនាំចូល «ប្រធានឃុំ»។ វ៉នបាន ក្បត់បក្សនៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៧ ដោយឈ្មោះជា លេខា វរសេនាតូច ១១២ កងពល ៣១០ អ្នកអប់រំ។ វ៉ន បាន ចូលប្រជុំក្បត់ ៥ លើកខ្លឹមសារ នៃអង្គប្រជុំគឺ ធ្វើសេចក្ដី រាយការណ៍រៀបចំកម្លាំង សរុបសភាពការណ៍ និងផែនការពង្រីក កម្លាំង។ សកម្មភាពជាក់ស្ដែង វ៉ន បានបំផុសកម្មាភិបាលចំនួន ៥ នាក់ អោយចូលរួមក្នុងក្រុមក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន។
