On July 23, 1973, at 7h, 5 Khmer rebels caught 2 villagers, living at Boeng Tumpun at VT: 908-722, Sangkat 10, and took them to a forest at VT:900-700 about 1km far from the North of Tra Kiet village at VT: 898-690. It was also said that in that forest, there were 50 Viet Cong soldiers and Khmer rebels equipped with guns such as: AK47, AR15, M79, B40 and some Chinese and US hand granades.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ម៉ោង៧ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម៥នាក់បាន ចាប់ប្រជាជន២នាក់ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅបឹងទំពុន សង្កាត់លេខ១០ត្រង់បឹងជើងឯកវ៉េតេៈ៩០៨-៧២២ ហើយនាំឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ព្រៃ១ត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៩០០-៧០០ ចំងាយ១គ.ម ខាងជើងភូមិត្រកៀត ត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៨៩៨-៦៩០។ ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថាក្នុងព្រៃត្រង់ចំនុចខាងលើមានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយួនយៀកកុង៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធអាកា៤៧, អាអ៊ា១៥, អ៊ឹម៧៩និងបេ-៤០ចំនួន២០ដើមព្រមទាំងគ្រាប់បែកចិនខ្លះ, គ្រាប់បែកអាមេ រិចខ្លះ។
