On July 21, 1973, at 7h, about 600 Khmer rebels, wearing tags number 2, equipped with 82mm mortars, 75mm, B-40 and other kind of guns, mingled with villagers from Prek Ta Ev village at VT: 998-673 to Tuol Sleng village at VT: 990-680 in Prek Thmei sub-district Kandal province in an attempt to attack our military position at Koh Krabei and Champous Kaek pagoda, soon.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកក្កដា ម៉ោង៧ព្រឹក ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួនប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ ពាក់ផ្លាក០២ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ៧៥មម កាំភើ្លងត្បាល់ ៨២មម,បេ៤០ និងកាំភើ្លងដៃផេ្សងទៀតបានបង្កប់ខ្លួនចាប់ពីភូមិព្រែកតាអេវវ៉េតេៈ៩៩៨-៦៧៣ រហូតដល់ភូមិទួលស្លែង វ៉េតេៈ៩៩០-៦៨០ ក្នុសង្កាត់ព្រែកថី្ម ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាមាន បំណងវាយផ្ដាច់ទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅវត្ដកោះក្របី និងវត្ដចំពុះក្អែកក្នុងពេលឆាបៗ។
