Bin served Khmer communist movement on March 18, 1970, as a combatant in the military unit of Chan Trea district. In 1972, he was the political chief of the section Kh-3 in the spy unit K-9 in region 23, which was located in Kok Sramar village, Svay Rieng province.
ប៊ិន បានចូលបម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងអង្គភាពទ័ពស្រុកចន្ទ្រា។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ជាប្រធាននយោបាយខ-៣ ក្នុងអង្គភាពស៊ើបការណ៍គ-៩ ប្រចាំតំបន់២៣, ហើយមានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិគោកស្រមរ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។
