Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Loeun Touch, 16 years old, was captured on October 06, 1974, by National Platoon 28, for serving enemy. The source [loeun Touch] denied the accusation, saying that he was a shoe polisher at market in Phnom Penh and in 1974, a women, Sorn, ecouraged him to serve in the army at Chet Res mountain.
After 15 days, he returned to Phnom Penh because he couldn't bear hardship and then, was arrested at Piem Setha bridge by National Army.
លឿន ទូច អាយុ៦៥ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិកងពលតូច២៨ ចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយចោទពីបទចូលបម្រើ ខ្មាំង។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនពុំបានបម្រើខ្មាំងទេ គឺចាប់ពីឆ្នំា ១៩៧០មក ខ្លួនជាអ្នកខាត់ស្បែកជើង នៅតាមផ្សារនានានៅភ្នំពេញ តែនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានស្រីម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ស៊ន បានបបួលប្រភពទៅធ្វើ ទាហាននៅភ្នំចិត្ដរឹស ក្រោយពីធ្វើបាន១៥ថ្ងៃ វាក៏ត្រឡប់មកភ្នំពេញ វិញព្រោះពិបាកពេក ហើយខ្លួនក៏ត្រូវទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួននៅត្រង់ស្ពាន សេដ្ឋាតែម្ដង។
