On June 14, 1973, Chan Sokha, as a guide in enemy's region, defected to the society with National Army in Infantry Brigade 47, and brought along one CKC-gun and 100 bullets.
The reason why he defected to the National Army because of his parent were killed by army. ឈ្មោះ ចន្ទ សុខា ជាអ្នកនាំផ្លូវក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងបានរត់មកសារភាពនៅ អន្លង់មោត ក្នុងកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី៤៧ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ដោយហេតុថាពួកខ្មាំងបានសម្លាប់ឪពុកម្ដាយរបស់ខ្លួន។ពេលចូលមកសារភាពប្រភពបាននាំយកសេកាសេ១ដើម និងគ្រាប់ ១០០គ្រាប់មកដែរ។
