Sam Pat alias Ry, a former enemy's soldier, defected on May 01, 1973, to the second Bureau in Brigade 3, in Srang mountain at VT 760-598, brought along M-16 gun. He confessed that in his Group there were 3 soldiers, under the command of Korn.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ កងពលតូចទី៣ នៅភ្នំស្រង់ ត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៦០-៥៩៨ បានទទួលជនសារភាពម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សំ ប៉ាត់ ហៅ រី អតីតជាយុទ្ធជននៃកងទ័ពខ្មាំង។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងក្រុមរបស់ខ្លួនមានគ្នា៣នាក់ ហើយមានមេបញ្ជាការធំឈ្មោះកន។ ប្រភពបាននាំយកអាវុធអ៊ឹម១៦ មកសារភាពផងដែរ។
