Tuy Chory, a combatant in Group 2, Kh-2, K-22, Region 20, was arrested on April 11, 1974, in the East of Baray pagoda by National Battalion 276, and one CKC gun, seized from him.
The souce [Tuy Chory] reported 20 percent of Khmer Communist soldier wanted to defect to Khmer Republic . He also suggested Khmer military authority that he wanted his wound treated and then, went to live with his sibling in Phnom Penh. ទុយ ចយ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងពួកទី២ ខ-២ គ-២២ តំបន់២០ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួនពេលកំពុងប្រយុទ្ធកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅខាងកើតវត្ដបារាយណ៍ ដោយកងទ័ពជាតិវរសេនាតូច២៧៦ ដោយរឹបអូសបានសេកាសេមួយដើម។ ប្រភពបាននិយាយថា មានទាហាន ២០ភាគរយ ក្នុងចំណោមខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដទាំងអស់ ចង់មករួមរស់ជាមួយទ័ពសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ហើយសាមុីជន បានសុំ អាជ្ញាធរយោធាសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរព្យាបាលរបួស ហើយសុំនៅជាមួយ បងនៅភ្នំពេញ។
