Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, unit 310, confessed that Kol, member of big cell, regiment 12, division 310, betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Sam Hom aka Phen. Kol attended to burn down electricity machine, to received the plot to destroy material, to convince cadres to join to carry out anti-revolutionary activities, to build up forces and to burn down main equipment.
