Riel Phoeun, 26 years old, took his family in 1973, to cultivate land at Damnak Ta Suk, was forcibly gathered to Daunsom forest. Then he was appointed as the chief of militaman unit . The total number of militiaman was 56, under the command of Cheat, and their position located in the West of Sambok Sat. On December 05, 1973, he defected to military check-point at Takong Krav.
រៀល ភឿន អាយុ២៦ឆ្នាំ កាលពីឆ្នំា១៩៧៣ បាននាំគ្រួសារទៅធ្វើ ស្រែនៅដំណាក់តាស៊ុក ហើយត្រូវខ្មាំងកៀរទៅនៅព្រៃរនាមដូនសំ ហើយឱ្យខ្លួនធ្វើជាមេកងឈ្លប។ ពួកវាទាំងអស់មានគ្នា៥៦នាក់ មាន ទីតាំងនៅខាងលិចសំបុកសត្វ ហើយទ័ពទាំង៥៦ ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជា ឈ្មោះ ឆើត។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្ញុំបាទក៏បានភៀស ខ្លួនចេញមកចូលសារភាពនៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍តាគង់ក្រៅទៅ។
