Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On January 20, 1974, a defector, named Chim Pet, a chief of Regiment 513, defected to the National Army in Battalion Military Center 289, Military operation Center 3, in Phat Ban Torng at TV 965-902, and brought along with one M-16 gun, number 1131392 and 5 cartridges. He confessed that reason why he defected to the society because he could not try to live under oppression of Khmer Communist Regime.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រព្ញកឈ្មោះ ជិម ពេត មាននាទីជាមេក្រុមក្នុងកងវរសេនាធំ៥១៣ របស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានមកសារភាពនៅមណ្ឌលយោធាកងវរសេនាតូច២៨៩ នៃ មណ្ឌលប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកលេខ៣ នៅផាត់បណ្ដោង ត្រង់តេវ៉េ ៩៦៥-៩០២ ដោយបាននាំយកមកជាមួយនូវអាវុធអ៊ឹម១៦មួយដើម មាន លេខ១៣៣១៣៩២ និងប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់៥ទៀត។ សាមុីជនបាន សារភាពថា ខ្លួនមកសារភាពនេះបណ្ដាលមកពីមិនអាចទ្រាំទ្រនឹងការកៀបសង្កត់របស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដតទៅទៀតបាន។
