During this week about 400 North Yuon-khmer Viet Cong armed forces, under the command of a khmer Viet Cong, a Major Chhin, came to set a base in between Toch and Chong mountains at VT 722-477. The enemies established a very firm treanchs at the and VT 718-478, Sangkat Sophy, Bati district "Takeo". The enemies had deployed along the provincial road 45, from Prek Trang village at VT 760-453, Trapeang Sab VT 766-450 to Khsach Lup at VT 786-446. The source continued that the above-mentioned enemies were waiting for reinforcement from Phong mountain in oder to attack on Kandal Stung district office and National Defending in Tram Khna.
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលមួយអាទិត្យក្នុងមកនេះ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរ យៀកកុងប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធជាង៤០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជារការរបស់ វរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រីខ្មែរយៀកកុងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឈិន បានមកតាំងមូលដ្ឋាន នៅចន្លោះភ្នំតូច និងភ្នំចុង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧២២-៤៧៧។ ខ្មាំងបាន ធ្វើលេណដ្ឋានយ៉ាងមាំនៅត្រង់ចុងភ្នំតូច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧១៨-៤៧៨ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សូភី ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ខ្មាំងមួយចំនួនទៀត រាយគ្នាតាមផ្លូវខេត្ដលេខ៤៥ ចាប់ពីភូមិព្រែក ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៦០-៤៥៣ ឃុំត្រពាំងសាប ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៦៦-៤៥០ រហូតដល់ភូមិខ្សាច់លុប ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨៦-៤៤៦។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះរងចាំទ័ពជំនួយពីភ្នំផុង ដើម្បីវាយ ប្រហារសាលាស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង និងកងការពារជាតិដែលប្រចាំការនៅត្រាំខ្នារ។
