Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that on December 13, 1974 Yim joined a meeting and received the plan from Khuon to build up new traitorous forces and former networks in order to attack the revolution in the future.
សំ ឈឿន លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាននិយាយថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១០-១២-១៩៧៤ យីមបានចូលរួមរបជំូទទួលផែនការណ៍ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ៗឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
