The Agent 044 reported that the Vietnamese corps which was found on February 15, 1972, at 9:00am named Pham Yang Vieng, a cadre of Angkar 205-52 in the Army 82 in Southwest which was commander by Ti Kam, General-in-chief. The source indicated that the plunge boat was belong to Uon, living in Boeng Kdol, sangkat Kampong Os, Pnhea Leu district, Kandal province.
