A source reported that on December 01, 1971, about 200 North Yuon Viet Congs Armed Forces came to hide in forest in Northeast of Chi Pray village at WU208-053, Pram Yam commune, Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province. They planned to attack National Army Position in Preah Prasap.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកវៀតកុង យួនខាងជើងប្រហែលជា២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុនចូល មកលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងព្រៃ នៅខាងកើតឈៀងខាងជើងភូមិជីប្រាយ ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ២០៨-០៥៣ ក្នុងឃុំប្រាំយ៉ាម ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ ចាម។ គោលបំណងរបស់ខ្មាំង គឺវាយប្រហារទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិនៅព្រះ- ប្រសប់។
