A source reported that on February 20, 1972, at 12:00pm, there were about 400 Yuon Viet Congs and 100 Khmer Viet Congs were equipped with all kinds of weapons, especially four 80 mm-cannon and four 60 mm-cannon mortars, ten B-40, three walkie-talkies who came to bury within in forest along the creek mouth at VT 391-841. 391-845, 396-845 and VT 396-841, Sangkat Ya Ang, Thpong district "Kampong Speu". The source also indicated that the enemies in above mentioned spots had made decoys on the Chheu Teal tree in order to fire on the National Airforce.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៧ វេលា ម៉ោង១២ៈ០០ថ្ងៃត្រង់ យួនយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល៤០០នាក់ និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធន់ ជាពិសេសកាំភ្លើងទំហំ៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រចំនួន៤ដើម កាំភ្លើងទំហំ៦០មីលី ម៉ែត្រចំនួន៤ដើម កាំភ្លើងបេ៤០ចំនួន១០ដើម ប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុសម្រ់ឆ្លើយ ឆ្លងចំនួន៣គ្រឿង បានមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅតាមព្រៃ ណ្ដោយមាត់អូរ ក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៣៩១-៨៤១, ៣៩១-៨៤៥, ៣៩៦-៨៤៥ និងវ៉េតេ ៣៩៦-៨៤១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់យ៉ាអង្គ ស្រុកថ្ពង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា នៅតាមចំណុចខាងលើមានធ្នាក់នៅលើ ដើមឈើទាល និងមានខ្មាំងកាន់កាំភ្លើងនៅយាមចាំបាញ់យន្ដហោះ កងការពារជាតិ។
