Ministry of National Great Consolidarity, had planned to creat a raiding group, which consisted of ordinary people [ not soldiers]. About 182 returnees, lived in Kandal province and Takeo province, were appointed to serve for raiding group in Phnom Del province, this raiding group will became a complete Battalion.
គម្រោងករណីរបស់ក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិ បាននិងកំពុងរៀបចំឱ្យមាន កងឆ្មក់ប្រជារាស្ដ្រ ដោយអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យជនភ្ញាក់រលឹកនៅខេត្ដកណ្ដាល និងខេត្ដតាកែវ ដែលមានចំនួនសរុបទាំងអស់១៨២នាក់ ចូលបម្រើការ នៅផ្អាវ ខេត្ដភ្នំដិល ដើម្បីឱ្យបាននៅកងឆ្មក់មួយកងវរសេនាតូច។
