On February 15, 1972, there were about 1,000 North Yuon Viet Congs and a high ranking army official Yor Yang Sit and deputy commander Ngvieng Yang Hay. They all were gethering for cating and drinking in the accasion of Chinese-Vietnamese new year at a small river, Plot 17 which was belong to a merchant named Si Nhiv, at VT 964-140 the National Agent confirmed that during the few days of Chinese-Vietnamese new year, the North Yuon Viet Congs did not conduct any activities.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងចំនួន ជាង១,០០០នាក់ និងកងទ័ពធំពិសេសមួយទៀតរបស់យៀកកុង ឈ្មោះ យ៉ យ៉ាំងស៊ិត និងមេបញ្ជាការរងឈ្មោះង្វៀងយ៉ាំងហាយ -បានប្រជុំទ័ពស៊ីផឹកក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំចិន-យួន ត្រង់ព្រែកឡូ ២ លេខ១៧ របស់ដង្ខៅឈ្មោះ ស៊ី ញីវ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦៤-១៤០។ ភ្នាក់ងាររបស់ជាតិបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងអំឡុងបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំចិន-យួនគឺ ថ្ងៃនេះពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងមិនធ្វើសកម្មភាពអ្វីទាំងអស់។
