Chea Samorn alias Meng, a member of Khmer Rouge, defected to South Vietnam Government's Army were operating a Runtech Mountain. He confessed that in Kampot province there were 2 units.
Unit "K" consisted of some 600 soldiers while Unit "Kh" consisted of 600 soldiers. Those 2 Units under the command of Ta Chab, a villager in Sangkat Trapeang Num, Tramkak district, Takeo province. He added that Khmer Rouge Revolution had divided into five steps as the following : - National Revolution - Democratic Revolution - Ricefield Revolution - Socialism Construction - communism. ជា សាម៉ន ហៅ ម៉េង ជាខ្មែរក្រហម បានចុះចូលជាមួយទាហានរដ្ឋាភិបាលយួនខាងត្បូង នៅពេលដែលទាហានរដ្ឋកាវៀតណាមធ្វើ ប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅភ្នំរន្ទះ។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថា នៅខេត្ដកំពត មាន២កងវរៈគឺ កងវរៈ(ក) មានគ្នាប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ កងវរៈ(ខ) មានគ្នាប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ ហើយទាំងពីរកងវរៈស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជា ឈ្មោះ តាចាប ជាអ្នកស្រុកនៅសង្កាត់ត្រពាំងនំ ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ រីឯបដិវត្ដន៍របស់ខ្មែរក្រហមចែកជា៥ជំហានគឺៈ - បដិវត្ដន៍ប្រជាជាតិ- បដិវត្ដន៍ដីស្រែ- ការកសាងសង្គមនិយម- បដិវត្ដន៍ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ- កុម្មុយនិស្ដនិយម។
