Kim Phat, a soldier in platoon ៈ 1 of company ៈ 3 defected to national army in Ba Ray military region at UV 734-820 on November 26, 1974. He brought with him a M-1. He confessed that he was not satisfied with the Khmer Rouge government. He also said he served in that unit on November 23, 1974. There were about 150 or 200 soldiers headed by Rin and Lun.
គឹម ផាត ជាពលទាហានក្នុងកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ១ កងអនុសេនាធំ លេខ៣ បានមកចុះចូលជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅតំបន់សឹករងបារាយណ៍ យូវី ៧៣៤-៨២០ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយនាំ មកជាមួយនូវកាំភ្លើង អ៊ឹម១ មួយដើម មូលហេតុចុះចូល ព្រោះមិន ពេញចិត្ដនឹងរបបគ្រប់គ្រងខ្មែរក្រហម។ សាមុីជនបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួន ចូលបម្រើក្នុងអង្គភាពនេះកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយ អង្គភាពនេះមានទ័ពប្រហែលពី១៥០នាក់ ទៅ ២០០នាក់ ដឹកនាំ ដោយឈ្មោះ រិន និង លន់។
