Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that on September 30, 1976 Khuon decided to assign Mach, Song and Chet to carry out the plot to attack the leadership apparatus of the party. As for Chet's activities, Pheng did not inform in details.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា តាមការណែនាំរបស់ ឃួន នៅថ្ងៃទិ៣០ ខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឃួន សមេ្រអោយសំរុកវាយកមេ្ទចក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំ របស់បក្សដែលមានម៉ាច សុង និងចិតជាអ្នកអនុវត្ដ។ ផេង មិនបាន បញ្ជក់ពីប្រវត្ដិលំអិតរបស់ ចិតទេ។
