Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Sean betrayed the party because [Pheng]indoctrinated him with treason. Sean attended a meeting and received the plan from Pheng to persuade soldiers to be free manner and to prepare materials in the battalion in order to begin an armed fighting to take over the power from the party.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ស៊ាន ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះខ្លួនជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ ស៊ាន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ពីខ្លួនអោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយសេរី ត្រៀមសម្ភារៈសឹកតាមវរសេនាតូចដើម្បីត្រៀមផ្ទុះអាវុធដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្ស។
