Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Kran received the plot from Khuon to build up traitorous forces in military base, to spoil the storm attack plans of Communist Party of Kampuchea and to convince soldiers to flee from their line.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ក្រាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួន អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់នៅក្នុងកងទ័ព បំផ្លាញផែនការវាយសម្រុក ខ្មាំងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជានិងបំផុសកងទ័ពអោយរត់ចោលជួរ។
