On October 5, 1972, from 18:00-24:00 pm, Khmer Viet Cong in region unit No. 33, gathered the enemy district committee to have a meeting in pagods located in Tonle Bati village VT:836-529, Sangkat Krang Thnong, Bati district. In this meeting, the enemies ordered the district committee to try their best to gather rice and food in order to supply them when they attack the National Road No. 2
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង១៨ៈ០០-២៤ៈ០០យប់ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងជាកងតំបន់លេខ៣៣ បានប្រមូលគណៈកម្មការស្រុករបស់ខ្មាំងធើ្វការរួមប្រជុំមួយ ក្នុងវត្ដសិ្ថតនៅភូមិទនេ្លបាទីវ៉េតេៈ៨៣៦-៥២៩សង្កាត់ត្រាំងធ្នល់ ស្រុកបាទី។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជាឱ្យគណៈកម្មការស្រុកទាំងអស់ ខិតខំប្រមូលអំបិល និងស្បៀងអាហារដើម្បី សម្រាប់ផ្ដល់ដល់ខ្មាំង នៅពេលដែលខ្មាំងវាយប្រហារផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២។
