Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Chhy was a network who was indoctrinated by Khuon to betray the party. [Chhy]was a traitorous leadership apparatus of the revolution in division 310. Chhy received a plot from Khuon to build up traitorous network and former network so as to attack the revolution in the future.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ឈី ជាមនុស្សដែល ឃួន អប់រំអោយក្បត់បក្ស និងជាក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំក្បត់បដិវត្ដនៅកងពល៣១០។ ឈី បាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ៗ ឡើងវិញដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
