Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Kim attended a meeting and received the plot from Hean to cancel a plan of attacking the party in Kampong Cham. Beside that, Pheng did not know any more.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា គឹម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ពី ហ៊ាន អោយបំផ្លាញផែនការណ៍វាយសំរុករបស់បក្សនៅកំពង់ចាម។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ផេង ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
