Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that based on the plan of building up forces to take over the revolutionary power from the party, Pheng assigned Sim and Saroeun to take responsible for building up forces at Boeng Prayap work site. Beside the activities above, Pheng did not know the activities of Sim and Saroeun.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ក្នុងផែនការក្ដាប់កសាងកម្លាំងដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដពីបក្ស ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងអោយ ស៊ីម និង សារឿន ទទួលភារៈក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងនេះនៅការដ្ឋានបឹងប្រយ៉ាប។ ក្រៅពីសកម្មភាពខាងលើនេះ ផេងក្ដាប់សកម្មភាពអ្នកទាំងពីរនេះមិន ទាន់បានទេ។
