Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in the plans of controlling and building up forces in order to prepare to take over the authority from the party, Pheng assigned Saroeun to take responsible for controlling and building network at Boeng Pra Yap work site.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ក្នុងផែនការក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងត្រៀម វាយដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្ស ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងអោយ សារឿន ទទួលភារៈក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងនេះនៅការដ្ឋានបឹងប្រយ៉ាប។
