Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that based on the plan to build up network in order to take over the revolutionary authority from the party, Pheng assigned Vann to take responsible for controling and building up network in Chhouk Va worksite. As for the currently activity of Vann, Pheng did not inform in detail.
