A source reported that on November 28, 1971, about 2,000 North Yuon Viet Congs in Parachute uniforms departed from Kampong Speu province, to settle in Buon Muk village at VT:745-863, Prey Pong Ro village at VT:767-886, Ta Pech village at VT:737-906, and in Western Phnom Ba Seth from Ta Prap village at VT:687-909 to Baseth village at VT:725-889. Those enemies aimed to attack Prek Pnov Gas station and Phnom Penh City.
