A source reported that on November 23, 1971, about 50 Yuon Viet Congs came to settle in Trapeang at VT:
698-763, Sangkat Samraong Lae, Ang Snuol district. About 350 mixed Yuon-Khmer departed Ta Chet village at VT 764-690 to settle in Southern Ta Kngaok village at VT:744-681, transported a lot of ammunition and settled at VT:695-639, 695-643, 700-643, 700-639. The source indicated that the ammunitions would be used as supplies for their forces who were attack Ang Snuol. ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំង យួនសុទ្ធប្រហែល៥០នាក់ បានចូលតាំងនៅភូមិត្រពាំងត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៩៨-៧៦៣ សង្កាត់សំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ ខ្មាំងចម្រុះខ្មែរយួនប្រហែល៣៥០នាក់ បានចេញពីភូមិតាជេត វ៉េតេៈ៧៦៤-៦៩០ មកតាំងនៅខាងត្បូងភូមិតាក្ងោក វ៉េតេៈ៧៤៤-៦៨១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់បឹងធំ។ ក្នុងសង្កាត់រកាខ្មាំងប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ បានជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់ជាច្រើនចូល មកតាំងនៅចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៩៥-៦៣៩, ៦៩៥-៦៤៣, ៧០០-៦៤៣, ៧០០-៦៣៩។ ប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ថា គ្រាប់រំសេវនេះខ្មាំងទុកផ្ដល់ដល់កងទ័ព ដែលនឹងវាយប្រហារអង្គស្នួល។
