A source reported that on November 21, 1971, about 250 khmer enemies and Yuons enemies, equipped with one 60mm mortars, one 82mm mortars and 3 walkies
talkies, under a Khmer commander, named Yin Puon and a Vietnames commander, unknown name, entered to set up shelters at VT: 596-305, 596-313, 603-312, 602-305 in Kra Sang Ta Kong village, Sangkat Ne Tean, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. ប្រភពព័ត៌មានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំងចម្រុះខ្មែរយួនប្រហែល២៥០នាក់ មានកាំភើ្លងត្បាល់៨២មម មួយដើម ៦០មម មួយដើម និងវិទ្យុឆើ្លយឆ្លងបីគ្រឿង បានចូលមកតាំងជំរុំនៅភូមិក្រសាំងតាគង់ ក្នុងសង្កាត់និទាន ត្រង់រង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៥៩៦-៣០៥, ៥៩៦-៣១៣, ៦០៣-៣១២, ៦០២-៣០៥។ ប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មាំងក្រុមនេះក្រោមបព្ជាមេខ្មែរឈ្មោះ យីន ពូន និងមេយួនម្នាក់ពុំស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ។
