A source reported that on May 19, 1972, about 100 Khmer Viet Cong khmer under the command of Meas Sa Rorn and Chea Song Hak, who were former teachers in Wat Ang Ta Preah, and Yoeun a former Buddis layman in Thmey village, divided into two groups, the first group consisted of Khmer Viet Cong, who were responsible for fighting the National Army in the West of National Road No. 3 from Ba Set to Kampong Speu provincial town, the second group was made up of Viet Congs, who were responsible for attacking National Army in the East of National Road No.3 from Takeo to Phnom Penh. The source added that a small group of Khmer Viet Cong under the command of Ta Nat, responsible for interrupting and eaesdroping , they then would designate the big groups to attack.

កុងប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចំនួនប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ មាស សារ៉ន និងឈ្មោះ ជា សុងហាក់ អតីតគ្រូបង្រៀននៅវត្ដអង្គព្រះ និងឈ្មោះ យឿន អតីតអាចារ្យនៅភូមិថ្មី។ ខ្មាំងនេះចែកជា២ផ្នែក គឺខ្មែរយៀកកុងមានភារៈសម្រាប់ដើរវាយប្រហាររំខានកងការពារជាតិ ដែលនៅប៉ែកខាងលិចផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣ ចាប់ពីបរសែត រហូតដល់កំពង់សឺ្ព។ យៀកកុងមានភារៈវាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិ ដែលឋិតនៅខាងកើតផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣ ចាប់ពីតាកែវ រហូតដល់ភ្នំពេញ។ ប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងក្រុមតូចៗ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ តា ណាត ជាអ្នកវាយរំខាន និង ឈ្លបយកការទើបចាត់កងទ័ពធំ ឱ្យវាយប្រហារជាក្រោយ។ |
