Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that on December 10, 1974, Yim received a traitorous plan from Khuon to create traitorous network and to mobilized former network so as to attack the revolution in the future.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១០-១២-១៩៧៤ យីម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការណ៍កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ៗ ឡើងវិញដើំ្បីកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
