Long Sokhom disappeared. Interviewed with his 45-year-old younger sister, Preap Sokhoeun; Sokhom៌s father was Preap Long and mother was Pich Yun. Sokhom has 9 siblings and he was born in Thma Puon village, Thma Puon sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. Sokhom studied until grade 8 [in the old system]. After leaving school, he came to help his parents. It was in 1974 that Sokhom volunteered to join the revolution through Tit. When first joining the revolution, Sokhom was assigned as a KR soldier in Prey Chhor district. And, he was then sent by Angkar to the battlefield. It was since sent to the battlefield that Sokhom has disappeared until now. At that time, Sokhoeun volunteered to join the revolution before Sokhom. When first joining the revolution, Sokhoeun was assigned to Commune Art Performance, and he was then sent by Angkar to the Regional Art Performance. At that time, the way Sokhoeun danced and sang was to insult Lon Nol៌s soldiers. It was in 1975 that Sokhoeun was assigned to control children, and he was then assigned to sewing in Kampong Cham province. Sokhoeun knew that people were taken away to be executed, and there wasn៌t enough food to eat. When Vietnamese soldiers marched into Cambodia in 1979, Sokhoeun ran back to his home village and lived with her family, earning for a living as a farmer
ឡុង សុខុម បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ ព្រាប សុឃឿន អាយុ៤៥ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជា ប្អូនស្រី។ សុខុម មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ព្រាប ឡុង ពេជ យន់ មានបងប្អូន៩នាក់ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅ ភូមិថ្មពូន ឃុំថ្មពូន ស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ សុខុម រៀនត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៨ឪចាស់ឱ ឈប់រៀនមក ជួយធ្វើការងារឪពុកម្ដាយ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបដិវត្ដដោយសារឈ្មោះ ទិត ពេលចូលធ្វើ ជាយោធាខែ្មរក្រហមនៅស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ រួចហើយអង្គការបានបញ្ជូននៅសមរភូមិមុខបាត់ខ្លួនរហូត។ សុឃឿន កាលនោះបានស្មគ្រ័ចិតចូលបដិវត្ដមុនឈ្មោះ សុខុម ទៀត។ សុឃឿន ចូលដំបូងនៅ សិល្បៈឃុំ ក្រោយមក ទៀតអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅសិល្បៈតំបន់ កាលនោះរាំចេ្រÃៈង ស្រែកជេរខាង ទាហាន លន់ នល់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សុឃឿន គ្រប់គ្រងកុមារ បន្ទាប់មកទៀតធ្វើការងារកាត់ដេរ នៅខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម។ សុឃឿន ដឹងថា ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមដឹងថា មានយក មនុស្សទៅសម្លាប់ចោលនិង របបហូបចុកមិនបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ សុឃឿន ពេលកងទ័ពវៀតណាមចូលមកដល់បាន រត់រកស្រុកកំណើតវិញ រស់នៅជួបជុំគ្រួសាររកស៊ីប្រកបរបរ ធ្វើស្រែចម្ការ។
