Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that On December 10, 1976, Khoeun received a plot from Khuon to recruit traitorous forces and to gather former network in an attempt to oppose to the revolution in the future.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅថ្ងៃ១០-១២-១៩៧៦ ឃឿន បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ៗ ទ្បើងវិញ ដើម្បីកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដនាពេលអនាគត។
