Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in the end of 1975, So received the plot from Khuon to assign a new party committee and to continuously destroy material and to increase network so as to fight back the revolution.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សូ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួន អោយប្រកាសចាត់តាំងគណៈដឹកនាំបក្សថ្មី បន្ដបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ និងបន្ដការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដ។
