Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in the end of 1975, Son received a plot from Khuon to assign a new party leaders to continuously keep destroying the Angkar's equipment and to increase network so as to fight back the revolution.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅចុង១៩៧៥ សុន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី ឃួន អោយប្រកាសការចាត់តាំងគណៈដឹកនាំបក្សថ្មី បន្ដបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ និងបន្ដការកសាងកម្លាំងសម្របា់វាយបកដិវត្ដ។
