A source reported that about 30 to 40 North Yuon and Khmer Viet Cong soldiers attempted to sabotage all the polling stations in Pon Nhea Leu district, where people went to vote for president candidates. The source added that on election day, Phnom Penh with 10 to 20 rockets.
