Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secrectary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in late 1975, So went to attend a meeting at the eastern part of Wat Phnom, and received a plot from Khuon to keep on destroying equipment and recruiting traitorous network so as to prepare fighting the revolution.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សូ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ពី ឃួន ខាងកើតវត្ដភ្នំអោយបន្ដបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ និងកសាងកម្លាំង សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដ។
