Duy Chim, commander of platoon ៈ 730, company ៈ28, Battalion ៈ 15 defected to national army in military sub-region of Pursat on January 7, 1974 at Bakan district, Pursat province. He brought with him 1 PM, 1 AK-47, and 1 PMAC. He confessed that he was not satisfied with Khmer communist government. The subject also said on January 5, 1974, he heard the commander of Battalion ៈ 15 said he planned to launch an attack on our national army along national road ៈ 5 and in Luong pagoda.
ឌុយ ជីម មេកងអនុសេនាតូច៧៣០ កងអនុសេនាធំ២៨ កងវរ សេនាតូច១៥ បានចូលមករួបរួមក្រៅការប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយទ័ពជាតិផ្នែក សឹករងពោធិ៍សាត់ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ដោយនាំមកនូវកាំភ្លើងប៉េអ៊ឹម, អាកា៤៧មួយ ដើម និងប៉េអ៊ឹមអាសេមួយដើម។ មូលហេតុសាមុីខ្លួនចុះចូល ព្រោះមិន ពេញចិត្ដ និងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។ ប្រភពបាននិយាយថាខ្លួនលឺបញ្ជាការ កងវរៈខាងលើនិយាយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ថា មានផែន ការវាយទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅតាមផ្លូវ ជាតិលេខ៥ និងនៅវត្ដលួង។
