Ke Sinoeun called Yoeut, a chief of group ៈ 3 platoon ៈ 23, company ៈ 124, region 17, defected to national army at military operational headquarter at Tonle Sap. He brought with him a PM made in China, 2 cartridges and 1,5 cartridge of bullets. He defected on February 21, 1974, because he was not satisfied with the communist regime.
កែ ស៊ីនឿន ហៅ យឿត ជាមេក្រុមទី៣ ក្នុងកងអនុសេនាតូច -ទី២៣ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១២៤ ភូមិភាគទី១៧ បានចូលរួបរួមក្រៅ ការប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយទ័ពជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅទី បញ្ជាការតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកទនេ្លសាប ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនូវ កាំភ្លើងប៉េអ៊ឹមចិន១ដើម បង់២ និងគ្រាប់១បង់កន្លះ។ មូលហេតុ មកពីមិនពេញចិត្ដនឹងរបបកុម្មុយនីស្ដ ទើបវិលមករកកន្លែងសង្គមជាតិ វិញ។
