Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secrectary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that he indoctrinated Sean to betray the party. Sean attended a meeting and received the plot from Pheng to convince people to be free manner, to prepare the military equipment in the battalion in order to begin an armed fighting to take over an authority from the party.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយបញ្ជាក់ថា ស៊ាន ក្បត់ព្រោះខ្លួនអប់រំ។ ស៊ាន បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី ផេង អោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយសេរី ត្រៀមសម្ភារៈសឹកតាមវរសេនាតូច ដើម្បីត្រៀមផ្ទុះអាវុធ ដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្ស។
